ESP32 pin planner
Around half an ESP32's pins have a second job at boot. Pick your chip or Seeed XIAO board, click the pins you want to use, and the planner flags strapping pins, flash pins, input-only pins and ADC2/Wi-Fi conflicts before they end up on a PCB. Then copy the MicroPython pin map straight into Thonny.
It's loaded with the solar panel node from "Half your ESP32 pins have a second job", status LED on GPIO2 included. Your plan is saved in this browser.
Pin data comes from Espressif's ESP-IDF GPIO documentation for each chip. Dev boards add their own quirks, like an LED or button on a strapping pin, so always check your board's schematic too.
